Henry Ritter struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Elias Arnedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GOMEZ F.C.. 18 minutes into the match, Nicolas Baptista had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elias Arnedo. Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicolas Baptista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. A collision led to GOMEZ F.C. getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Oscar Aceves hit a great ball. The supporters of GOMEZ F.C. booed when Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ibarra Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jefferson Farfán in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvain Labrouche saved GOMEZ F.C. from getting behind. After 27 minutes, Jefferson Farfán made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. GOMEZ F.C.'s Silvain Labrouche tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's Elias Arnedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Ritter in the 31st minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 33 minutes into the game, when Ivan Pio put in a rough tackle. The goalkeeper, Elias Arnedo, was totally fooled by GOMEZ F.C.'s Jonatan Chaime, who 35 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Silvain Labrouche stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jefferson Farfán's shot from short distance in the 37th minute.
