West Town SC's Douglas Costa shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 7th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gomez Urrea but with some difficulty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Santiago in the 11th minute of play forced West Town SC's goalkeeper Billy Jacquemet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 minutes West Town SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Urko Villaluenga who took care of the corner kick. Arvo Joa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guerrero Onterino in the 20th minute of play forced West Town SC's goalkeeper Billy Jacquemet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Micael Caicedo in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gomez Urrea saved Porvenir from getting behind. 24 minutes into the match, West Town SC's goal looked a bit too open when Arvo Joa came free, but Billy Jacquemet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Douglas Costa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gomez Urrea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute Micael Caicedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gomez Urrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the West Town SC defense, Ettore Ricci kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Billy Jacquemet. The West Town SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Billy Jacquemet should have stopped the shot. In the 39th minute Micael Caicedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gomez Urrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Billy Jacquemet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Santiago, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. If Douglas Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angel Mena stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gomez Urrea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Micael Caicedo in the 55th minute of the match. Porvenir's Camacho Molledo was substituted for Guerrero Onterino. Micael Caicedo hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. West Town SC's Billy Jacquemet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save West Town SC from getting a goal against them. 66 minutes into the match, West Town SC's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Santiago came free, but Billy Jacquemet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Billy Jacquemet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camacho Molledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When Ettore Ricci fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Porvenir's protests and gave Ettore Ricci a yellow card for diving instead. Gomez Urrea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Mena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angel Mena scored 2-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gomez Urrea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Douglas Costa came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the West Town SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Douglas Costa couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Mena in the 88th minute of play forced Porvenir's goalkeeper Gomez Urrea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Porvenir's goal looked a bit too open when Micael Caicedo came free, but Gomez Urrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Porvenir's Gomez Urrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Mena in the 91st minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Porvenir's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Mena came free, but Gomez Urrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Hector Santiago left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Porvenir fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. West Town SC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
