In the 5th minute Rik Mangual shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Padrones saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Orumito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Rubain came free, but Xabier Espin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atilano Padrones was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rik Mangual showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, ARAUCA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rik Mangual came free, but Atilano Padrones reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Pablo-Enrique Arriete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pablo-Enrique Arriete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in ARAUCA FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 37th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Atilano Padrones, was totally fooled by Orumito FC's Markvincent Saldoval, who 38 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Jabier Palencia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the game, Eliseo Rubain cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Xabier Espin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

55 minutes into the match, ARAUCA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo-Enrique Arriete came free, but Atilano Padrones reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Quintan Olasagasti hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 60th match minute, ARAUCA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vitorino Larrañaga to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Orumito FC's Feliz Orcajo got a free kick in the 64th minute. Xabier Espin made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Jabier Palencia sent off a good shot on target. Eliseo Rubain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Xabier Espin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jabier Palencia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Markvincent Saldoval took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Atilano Padrones. ARAUCA FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 78thth minute of the game Rik Mangual who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ARAUCA FC's Atilano Padrones was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xabier Espin made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Jabier Palencia sent off a good shot on target. 85 minutes into the match, Orumito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Rubain came free, but Xabier Espin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo-Enrique Arriete in the 86th minute of play forced ARAUCA FC's goalkeeper Atilano Padrones to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Pablo-Enrique Arriete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Orumito FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo-Enrique Arriete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Orumito FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while ARAUCA FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
