Gerardo Urrutia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claude Lalo having to interfere. If Gerardo Urrutia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mogel Davila stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Bakiro's Pacho Buenaga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benino Carbasa. Benino Carbasa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Pacho Buenaga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Benino Carbasa made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Ramada's Galo Ozuna got a free kick in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Ramada's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Martiniana came free, but Benino Carbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pacho Buenaga who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Benino Carbasa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bakiro would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
