Odilon Guixot blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xuaco Cortun having to make a save. If Marcelo Leicea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Nastul FC's zone, Odilon Guixot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xuaco Cortun came out of the goal and Odilon Guixot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 45 played minutes Nastul FC got a freekick which was hit by Demario Ibarrola. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Salvidor Guillemez made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Nastul FC's Salvidor Guillemez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bartoli Bezanilla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salvidor Guillemez couldn't finish the play. Marcelo Leicea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartoli Bezanilla having to interfere. If Gotzon Ponce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Santo Marigorta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Salvidor Guillemez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nastul FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Xuaco Cortun made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Odilon Guixot sent off a good shot on target. 93 minutes into the match, Nastul FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruy Mir came free, but Xuaco Cortun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salvidor Guillemez struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Bartoli Bezanilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nastul FC. Nastul FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
