Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Heli Aramoyana started the match with the kick off. When Bikendi Viniegra came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Escalones fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bikendi Viniegra couldn't finish the play. Presidente's Castulo Pumareto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iturri Oblanca in the 8th minute of play. Mikeldi Geras kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Iturri Oblanca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Heli Aramoyana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Jerrold Alas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute of the match Ubendu Seijas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jerrold Alas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Heli Aramoyana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jerrold Alas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Heli Aramoyana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 played minutes, Escalones's Saverio Mondrevilla shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Castulo Pumareto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Escalones reached it. Gines Morelos kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute of the match Ereinotz Mensa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jerrold Alas skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Escalones's zone, Heli Aramoyana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerrold Alas came out of the goal and Heli Aramoyana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iturri Oblanca made a kick off. Presidente's Castulo Pumareto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bikendi Viniegra in the 52nd minute of play. Iturri Oblanca hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 56th minute by Enetz Cueli got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 57 minutes, Heli Aramoyana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Presidente's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heli Aramoyana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vincent Abrea kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Escalones's goalkeeper Jerrold Alas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enetz Cueli. Escalones's Curcio Anduiza got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enetz Cueli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Enetz Cueli came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Presidente fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enetz Cueli couldn't finish the play. Ereinotz Mensa, 86 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Castulo Pumareto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bikendi Viniegra in the 90th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Presidente players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
