In the 26th minute, Homies football's Aquilino Trevino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Etxeberri Laguillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Geronimo Santavida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Etxeberri Laguillo in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geronimo Santavida saved Homies football from getting behind. Inocente Valdespino took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geronimo Santavida. Geronimo Santavida dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The supporters of Homies football booed when Confines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francesco Labrada didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucas Cobos made a great header on Homies football's corner, it was just that Confines's Emmanuel Recino managed to reach the ball for a save. Ruy Santatis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aquilino Trevino in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emmanuel Recino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Helder Calonge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emmanuel Recino having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Aquilino Trevino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Homies football fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Geronimo Santavida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Etxeberri Laguillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Homies football's goalkeeper Geronimo Santavida had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inocente Valdespino.
