In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manati FC's goalkeeper Caetano Marva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Manati FC's Caetano Marva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Manati FC from getting a goal against them. Burni Valdero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chuse Colomo in the 19th minute of play. Chuse Colomo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burni Valdero having to interfere. Burni Valdero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quique Apellaniz in the 26th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zabal Cobo got free with Caetano Marva in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oswaldo Valdovinos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caetano Marva having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chuse Colomo in the 33rd minute of play forced Jamarraya's goalkeeper Burni Valdero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oswaldo Valdovinos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caetano Marva having to interfere. In the 36th match minute, Manati FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rico Nebot to maneuver through the defense. Caetano Marva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oswaldo Valdovinos's shot from short distance in the 39th minute.
The wind increased when Oswaldo Valdovinos made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Zabal Cobo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zabal Cobo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Manati FC's Quique Apellaniz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Burni Valdero. That made the score 0-1 after 61 minutes of play. Caetano Marva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oswaldo Valdovinos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hilario Benito fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manati FC's protests and gave Hilario Benito a yellow card for diving instead. Hilario Benito hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Caetano Marva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oswaldo Valdovinos went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Donato Poblaciones hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Chuse Colomo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burni Valdero having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Manati FC's Quique Apellaniz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Chuse Colomo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Burni Valdero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quique Apellaniz in the 93rd minute of play forced Jamarraya's goalkeeper Burni Valdero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chuse Colomo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Burni Valdero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Jamarraya supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Manati FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Manati FC.
