Bartolome Peñacerrada came out of the goal and Cidro Cachon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 7 minutes into the game, when Waldir Brasa put in a rough tackle. In the 9th minute of the match Tristan Covielles sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bartolome Peñacerrada skillfully saved the ball. In the 10th minute Tristan Covielles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartolome Peñacerrada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to LA Galaxy getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Luar Morillas hit a great ball. With his leg Bartolome Peñacerrada managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Tebaida FC's Cidro Cachon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. LA Galaxy's Luar Morillas got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cordaro Esteve could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Bartolome Peñacerrada made a huge save. Bartolome Peñacerrada was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tristan Covielles showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 31 minute of play. Cidro Cachon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Bartolome Peñacerrada made a huge save. The LA Galaxy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Argi Mudarra made the kick off in the second half. LA Galaxy were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Tebaida FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Orlan Trigueros took the corner. The corner led to LA Galaxy's Luar Morillas getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Luar Morillas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the game, Tristan Covielles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tebaida FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LA Galaxy the free kick. A collision led to Tebaida FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Tristan Covielles hit a great ball. Errapel Errasti was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Argi Mudarra showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 68 minute of play. Bartolome Peñacerrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Vecilla in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordaro Esteve in the 75th minute of play forced LA Galaxy's goalkeeper Bartolome Peñacerrada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of LA Galaxy booed when Tebaida FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tristan Covielles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orlan Trigueros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Errapel Errasti made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Luar Morillas sent off a good shot on target. If Argi Mudarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Urko Grados sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded LA Galaxy left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tebaida FC.
