The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Baiona Gene received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Zayveon Garcidueñas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 6 played minutes Chonchillosa FC got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Izmendi. After 8 played minutes Pajonal got a freekick which was hit by Fresco Juez. If Olo Riba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. Gombal Posadas kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Olo Riba spun around in front of the goal 45 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Pajonal's goal. Olo Riba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Santos Ayarza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Loramendi Gallinas to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olo Riba in the 67th minute of play forced Pajonal's goalkeeper Santos Ayarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Matia Inchaurdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, one of Pajonal:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pajonal. Matia Inchaurdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Ayarza having to interfere. In the 100th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chonchillosa FC's goalkeeper Zayveon Garcidueñas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
