The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Peruxu Negral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roldan Astozas having to interfere. Gartxot Zayas scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roldan Astozas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Roldan Astozas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gartxot Zayas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, 【TOP】Íbis Sport Club's Roldan Astozas got control of the ball when Sarracino Echavarri tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th minute Paulin Zaitegui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roldan Astozas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roldan Astozas was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Amancio Ranero. Nerio Puredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donatello Cetina in the 20th minute of play. Gartxot Zayas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roldan Astozas having to interfere. If Hermengildo Mussoll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gartxot Zayas let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 28th minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. When Hermengildo Mussoll came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the 【TOP】Íbis Sport Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermengildo Mussoll couldn't finish the play. Gartxot Zayas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Roldan Astozas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gartxot Zayas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roldan Astozas having to interfere. Peruxu Negral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 【TOP】Íbis Sport Club's Roldan Astozas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gartxot Zayas in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Gartxot Zayas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Gartxot Zayas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roldan Astozas having to interfere. Leo Termiñon hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Sarracino Echavarri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Roldan Astozas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Peruxu Negral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind 【TOP】Íbis Sport Club's goalkeeper Roldan Astozas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, 【TOP】Íbis Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Gartxot Zayas came free, but Roldan Astozas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Zadornin Illanes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Gartxot Zayas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roldan Astozas was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Hermengildo Mussoll charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hermengildo Mussoll the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hermengildo Mussoll hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Gartxot Zayas might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roldan Astozas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gartxot Zayas ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 85th match minute, Ceibaca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xove Camino to maneuver through the defense. If Gartxot Zayas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ceibaca FC had played much better football throughout.
