Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Perutxo Iracheta made the kick off which started today's match. Perutxo Iracheta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 8 minutes into the match, Saraina's goal looked a bit too open when Perutxo Iracheta came free, but Markel Cortinas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Markel Cortinas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perutxo Iracheta in the 10th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Alvaro Geli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Saraina's zone, Perutxo Iracheta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Markel Cortinas came out of the goal and Perutxo Iracheta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 1-0 came in the 18th minute when Alvaro Geli all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Aurelio Sousa. Iribira FC's Perutxo Iracheta got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Montae Bolantin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Montae Bolantin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iribira FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Montae Bolantin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Markel Cortinas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32nd minute Perutxo Iracheta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markel Cortinas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Iribira FC's Mauro Ardines tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Markel Cortinas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perutxo Iracheta in the 42nd minute of play. Markel Cortinas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Montae Bolantin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Montae Bolantin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Markel Cortinas was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Domenico Garcidueñas struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Markel Cortinas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iribira FC. Diagur Velaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iribira FC's Perutxo Iracheta got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd play minute Montae Bolantin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Markel Cortinas. 1-1. The audience was convinced that Perutxo Iracheta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Markel Cortinas was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Montae Bolantin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvaro Geli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 76 minutes, Domenico Garcidueñas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Iribira FC and the Saraina players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 76 played minutes Iribira FC got a freekick which was hit by Domenico Garcidueñas. After 77 played minutes Saraina got a freekick which was hit by Cordearo Anel. 80 minutes into the game, Iribira FC's Montae Bolantin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Markel Cortinas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. A hard shot 84 in the game by Montae Bolantin from a close distance when the talented Markel Cortinas managed to make a qualified save. Saraina's players were relieved. Saraina's Markel Cortinas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Saraina from getting a goal against them. In the 88th minute, Perutxo Iracheta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Markel Cortinas. The goal made the score 1-3. Aurelio Sousa came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Saraina's Alvaro Geli. But to his dismay, Alvaro Geli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. When the match was over Iribira FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Saraina throughout the match.
