Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Telmo Rolan made the kick off which started today's match. Kimetz Cuaron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christiano Foyo in the 5th minute of play. Telmo Rolan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Kimetz Cuaron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gamus Azcoitia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gamus Azcoitia came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Candeba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gamus Azcoitia couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Cochinilla booed when Candeba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belmiro Abuleta didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Candeba getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Xurxo Badas hit a great ball. After having played for 23 minutes, Christiano Foyo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cochinilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christiano Foyo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Indartsu Avellaneda hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Christiano Foyo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roldan Santome charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roldan Santome the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kimetz Cuaron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Telmo Rolan, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Candeba's goal looked a bit too open when Christiano Foyo came free, but Kimetz Cuaron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kimetz Cuaron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christiano Foyo in the 41st minute of the match. Gamus Azcoitia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cheche Gondian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Miliano Olazabala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Telmo Rolan struck a weak shot in the 49th minute. Kimetz Cuaron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cochinilla. After the first half Cochinilla were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
After a defensive mix-up in Candeba's zone, Telmo Rolan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kimetz Cuaron came out of the goal and Telmo Rolan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Telmo Rolan in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kimetz Cuaron prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 65 minutes, Telmo Rolan made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Candeba's Kimetz Cuaron tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 68 minutes into the game, Honorato Rancel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Candeba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cochinilla the free kick. Christiano Foyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Kimetz Cuaron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorato Rancel kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After having played for 77 minutes, Telmo Rolan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montel Salces hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Candeba's Miliano Olazabala got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christiano Foyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
