Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Miliano Olazabala got the match started through his kick off. Joseph Arrascarate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 6thth minute of the game Menendo Ciriaca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Candeba's Kimetz Cuaron was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Indartsu Avellaneda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Candeba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Madrigal FC the free kick. A collision led to Candeba getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Indartsu Avellaneda hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Candeba defense, Menendo Ciriaca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kimetz Cuaron. The Candeba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kimetz Cuaron should have stopped the shot. 11 minutes into the match, Candeba's Miliano Olazabala sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hugo Nueva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ascencio Cosio hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Hugo Nueva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miliano Olazabala, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Miliano Olazabala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Hugo Nueva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Candeba getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Selatse Monelo hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Madrigal FC's Sabin Garnelo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 29th minute, Selatse Monelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Gamus Azcoitia fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hugo Nueva, passed just outside the right post. In the 37th minute, Madrigal FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gamus Azcoitia fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 45 minutes into the game, Madrigal FC's Menendo Ciriaca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kimetz Cuaron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The Candeba players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Madrigal FC were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Menendo Ciriaca was the one to do the kick off. Madrigal FC's Hugo Nueva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miliano Olazabala in the 52nd minute of play. Hugo Nueva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gamus Azcoitia in the 54th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Gamus Azcoitia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugo Nueva was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After some careless play in the Madrigal FC defense, Gamus Azcoitia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Nueva. The Madrigal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Nueva should have stopped the shot. Miliano Olazabala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Nueva having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Gamus Azcoitia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gamus Azcoitia in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Nueva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miliano Olazabala in the 86th minute of play forced Madrigal FC's goalkeeper Hugo Nueva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Mikel Leceta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute of the match Roldan Santome shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Nueva showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ascencio Cosio's late challenge caught a Candeba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ascencio Cosio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 89th match minute, Madrigal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ascencio Cosio to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miliano Olazabala in the 90th minute of play forced Madrigal FC's goalkeeper Hugo Nueva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Madrigal FC's Menendo Ciriaca in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Candeba's goalie prevented a goal. Miliano Olazabala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
