Carrero's Celio Sarmanton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Salomon in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Pellas Morlote had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Mauricio Carasa got his second yellow card in the match during the 78th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Mauricio Carasa kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Vincent Salomon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celio Sarmanton having to interfere. If Fortun Güemes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
