Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ongile Olañeta started the match with the kick off. Egoi Narez charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Egoi Narez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bautista FC booed when Guafal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egoi Narez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Vincente Cembranos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bautista FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guafal FC the free kick. In the 5th minute, one of Bautista FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bautista FC. Egoi Narez placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Ongile Olañeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Salvatore Eugenio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Lesardo Sayago was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bautista FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guafal FC the free kick. 13 minutes into the match, Ongile Olañeta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Salvatore Eugenio. Bautista FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ongile Olañeta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Mateus Fragos short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Salvatore Eugenio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Bautista FC's Fernando Escamilla in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 27th minute, Jurdan Fonseca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bautista FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Guafal FC's Zelipe Bobe shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 32nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Salvatore Eugenio but with some difficulty. 33 minutes into the match, Bautista FC's goalkeeper Salvatore Eugenio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mateus Frago. In the 35th minute, Mateus Frago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute Ongile Olañeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvatore Eugenio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Tomas Endaya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvaro Corrales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Escamilla in the 46th minute of the match. In the 49th minute, Mateus Frago fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Salvatore Eugenio, passed just outside the right post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Ongile Olañeta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Salvatore Eugenio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Guafal FC booed when Bautista FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erramu Pose didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salvatore Eugenio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ongile Olañeta in the 63rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Bautista FC's zone, Mateus Frago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvatore Eugenio came out of the goal and Mateus Frago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute Ongile Olañeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvatore Eugenio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bautista FC's Jurdan Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mateus Frago took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Salvatore Eugenio. Salvatore Eugenio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. A collision led to Guafal FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Oihan Solares hit a great ball. Salvatore Eugenio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ongile Olañeta in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Guafal FC's Ongile Olañeta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Salvatore Eugenio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gaztea Lluba charged in rather forcefully in the 98th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaztea Lluba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
