Amato Mariño hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 7 minutes into the game, Paulino Guais was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Llanada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calarma the free kick. A collision led to Llanada getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Paulino Guais hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, Calarma's Guilabertus Golpe broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 10 minutes, Cordarryl Septien mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Llanada and the Calarma players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Llanada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cordarryl Septien to maneuver through the defense. Cesar Mexia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Barea Valines went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Argoitz Señor fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Calarma's protests and gave Argoitz Señor a yellow card for diving instead. Everardo Camero's late challenge caught a Llanada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Everardo Camero helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Calarma! In the 24th minute there was a penalty for Llanada. Jusepe Unzaga stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cesar Mexia. 0-2. Rosio Losa struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Cesar Mexia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Llanada. Argoitz Señor kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Urtats Mendosa's late challenge caught a Llanada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Urtats Mendosa helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Calarma's Urtats Mendosa got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute Rosio Losa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Mexia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rosio Losa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Cesar Mexia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cesar Mexia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cordarryl Septien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rosio Losa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cesar Mexia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Cesar Mexia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosio Losa in the 48th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
54 minutes into the match, Mirande Villarroel notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Llanada's Hitzeder Bugarin. Hitzeder Bugarin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Mirande Villarroel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Amato Mariño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Rosio Losa made a precise shot to the right of Cesar Mexia. Calarma's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Salvino Romai hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the game's 70th minute Llanada's Jusepe Unzaga took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Cesar Mexia and thus the score was 1-4. Satordi Babiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rosio Losa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mirande Villarroel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Rosio Losa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Calarma's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rosio Losa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Rosio Losa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Mexia having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Reimundo Montane got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Llanada could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Calarma throughout the match.
