When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Clemente Valdevielso made a kick off. Benino Zartucha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Valdevielso, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. A collision led to Barbara getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Justo Gasco hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the game, Sergi Lago was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Penitas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barbara the free kick. After a rather tough play, Penitas's Sergi Lago got a free kick in the 61st minute. Barbara's supporters rose to their feet, but Vigil Tamayo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
