After 41 minutes of play, Chupaderos's Rainerio Bernabe made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrea Feyto was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Zumar Argudo in the 47th minute of play forced Guadual's goalkeeper Andrea Feyto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Modesto Arizcun came out of the goal in the 50th minute to try and stop a shot by Guadual's Iyan Iturriaga. But to his dismay, Iyan Iturriaga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ritchie Feliz to make the kick off. 57 minutes into the game, Iyan Iturriaga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guadual's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chupaderos the free kick.
