The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edilberto Lami kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the game, Matteo Caro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Cordeal Oribe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Caribabare FC booed when Capachero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquim Borica didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Capachero's Xinto Bujanda got a free kick in the 13th minute. Matteo Caro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Cordeal Oribe skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cordeal Oribe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Policarpio Traspuesto in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th match minute, Capachero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xinto Bujanda to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute Policarpio Traspuesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordeal Oribe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Galindo Juez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Borica, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Cordeal Oribe made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Matteo Caro sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th minute Policarpio Traspuesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordeal Oribe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Caribabare FC booed when Capachero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perrando Velez didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Policarpio Traspuesto got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Galindo Juez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aznar Poves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Policarpio Traspuesto might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cordeal Oribe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Policarpio Traspuesto ran back to his position shaking his head. Aznar Poves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Galindo Juez having to make a save. 44 minutes into the game, Perrando Velez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Capachero's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caribabare FC the free kick. Perrando Velez kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Policarpio Traspuesto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caribabare FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Policarpio Traspuesto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cordeal Oribe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 46 minutes into the match, Capachero's goalkeeper Cordeal Oribe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matteo Caro.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joaquim Borica to make the kick off. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caribabare FC's goalkeeper Galindo Juez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aznar Poves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matteo Caro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cordeal Oribe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Caribabare FC's Galindo Juez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Caribabare FC from getting a goal against them. If Aznar Poves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Galindo Juez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joaquim Borica's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Joaquim Borica managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capachero's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquim Borica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Galindo Juez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aznar Poves was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Capachero's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
