The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joaquin Candano was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Patino's Lluc Nanclares got control of the ball when Firman Xandri tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Aristides Entia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Frans Bañuelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th match minute, Inter de Miami was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Totakoxe Subirada to maneuver through the defense. Joaquin Candano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lluc Nanclares having to make a save. Joaquin Candano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lluc Nanclares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Patino's goalkeeper Lluc Nanclares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Firman Xandri. Oier Calles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charro Cossa having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Montel Granela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patino's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Joaquin Candano 99 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. The Patino supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Inter de Miami's performance. The match ended with a win for Inter de Miami.
