Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marciano Abin started the match with the kick off. Guayabala FC's Elequemedo Dorronsoro got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. La Resistencia IBG's Jorrin Lezarazo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naike Avalo in the 8th minute of play. Patricio Pubill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Senen Geli having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Petrigai Sandines notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of La Resistencia IBG's Jorrin Lezarazo. Jorrin Lezarazo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd minute, Sebastian Cobredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the La Resistencia IBG defense, Bras Estebanes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jorrin Lezarazo. The La Resistencia IBG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jorrin Lezarazo should have stopped the shot. Senen Geli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Pubill, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Petrigai Sandines to strike the kick off in the second half. Patricio Pubill might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Senen Geli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Pubill ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 53rd minute, Marciano Abin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Guayabala FC booed when La Resistencia IBG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Sola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jorrin Lezarazo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bras Estebanes in the 59th minute of the match. La Resistencia IBG's Patricio Pubill got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 66 minutes, Bras Estebanes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guayabala FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bras Estebanes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Guayabala FC booed when La Resistencia IBG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heriberto Yanes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petrigai Sandines took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorrin Lezarazo. Jorrin Lezarazo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Jorrin Lezarazo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Petrigai Sandines went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. La Resistencia IBG's Jorrin Lezarazo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petrigai Sandines in the 79th minute of play. If Patricio Pubill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Marciano Abin came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the La Resistencia IBG fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marciano Abin couldn't finish the play.
