An unexpectedly hard shot by Cisco Cañon in the 14th minute of play forced Poruena FC's goalkeeper Sotil Canedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Poruena FC booed when Purma FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dantae Doñez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iratzeder Aronas short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Gualterio Torrealba to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Purma FC's Dantae Doñez got his second yellow card of the match in the 20th minute. The referee ordered Dantae Doñez off the ground. A collision led to Purma FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Dantae Doñez hit a great ball. Poruena FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Erroman Pallar in the 23rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cisco Cañon during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iratzeder Arona in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gualterio Torrealba saved Purma FC from getting behind. Sotil Canedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cisco Cañon in the 29th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Cisco Cañon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sotil Canedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Ramos Sobaler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Poruena FC's Erroman Pallar couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 37th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Purma FC. In the 39th match minute, Purma FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guilherme Saens to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Purma FC's Gualterio Torrealba got control of the ball when Iratzeder Arona tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gualterio Torrealba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yader Batalle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th match minute, Purma FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ostargi Nieva to maneuver through the defense. Erroman Pallar was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 47th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 55th minute, Ramos Sobaler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Cisco Cañon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 58 minutes, Guilherme Saens mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Purma FC and the Poruena FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Poruena FC booed when Purma FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guilherme Saens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guilherme Saens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Sotil Canedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yader Batalle took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gualterio Torrealba. Gualterio Torrealba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Yader Batalle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cisco Cañon struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Sotil Canedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Purma FC. Guilherme Saens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Poruena FC's goalkeeper Sotil Canedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sotil Canedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cisco Cañon in the 80th minute. Cisco Cañon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Sotil Canedo made a huge save. Urbano Zumaya charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Urbano Zumaya the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Urbano Zumaya hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute, Evaristo Urquiola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramos Sobaler charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramos Sobaler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 96 played minutes Purma FC got a freekick which was hit by Ramos Sobaler. For all the effort they put into the match, the Purma FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Poruena FC.
