Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sayveon Flames made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Retiro booed when Esperanza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Columbo Messia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 4 minutes, Elixio Lacueva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Retiro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elixio Lacueva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 6th minute, Argider Secada ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jokin Zapata was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Elixio Lacueva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jokin Zapata having to interfere. After 10 minutes, Columbo Messia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esperanza FC and the Retiro players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Esperanza FC's Columbo Messia got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 13th minute of the match Retiro got a corner. Esperanza FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gervaso Binet ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Gervaso Binet got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jokin Zapata quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Stefano Cañal fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Retiro's protests and gave Stefano Cañal a yellow card for diving instead. After 16 played minutes Retiro got a freekick which was hit by Stefano Cañal. Sayveon Flames sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Retiro getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Balasi Iribe hit a great ball. Sayveon Flames fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xeromo Rego having to interfere. Ugutz Esquide blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xeromo Rego having to make a save. Elixio Lacueva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jokin Zapata having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Retiro's zone, Txema Esqueda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xeromo Rego came out of the goal and Txema Esqueda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute Sayveon Flames shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xeromo Rego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 minutes of play, Esperanza FC's Txema Esqueda made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xeromo Rego was left in no man's land by his defense there! Quico Villalva's late challenge caught a Retiro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Quico Villalva helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 48th minute of the game. One of Esperanza FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Retiro:s goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Argider Secada stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Elixio Lacueva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jokin Zapata having to interfere. Jokin Zapata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Argider Secada, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Sayveon Flames received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Xeromo Rego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xeromo Rego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Txema Esqueda went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Esperanza FC's Jokin Zapata got control of the ball when Elixio Lacueva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xeromo Rego came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Esperanza FC's Txema Esqueda. But to his dismay, Txema Esqueda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Columbo Messia kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Columbo Messia got his second yellow card in the match during the 80th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 80th match minute, Esperanza FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Columbo Messia to maneuver through the defense. Gervaso Binet charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gervaso Binet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Retiro getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Gervaso Binet hit a great ball. Narciso Joara hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Retiro! After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Elixio Lacueva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Retiro's supporters rose to their feet, but Elixio Lacueva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jokin Zapata breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Argider Secada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Jokin Zapata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Elixio Lacueva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Retiro's supporters rose to their feet, but Elixio Lacueva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jokin Zapata breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jokin Zapata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Argider Secada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Esperanza FC had won after a very even match.
