Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Serafo Escudero kicked off to start the match. After 8 played minutes Quito got a freekick which was hit by Txartiko Porcayo. Pelayo Salvador was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 9th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Desire Michelena came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Quito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desire Michelena couldn't finish the play. If Desire Michelena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Desire Michelena took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Todor Endaya. Todor Endaya dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Todor Endaya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desire Michelena in the 37th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Desire Michelena notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of nueva york's Todor Endaya. Todor Endaya was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Serafo Escudero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Desire Michelena was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Serafo Escudero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute, Giro Valda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Todor Endaya was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Todor Endaya made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Giro Valda sent off a good shot on target. Quito's Roberto Aveo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafo Escudero in the 71st minute of play. Xarles Argaez kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind nueva york's goalkeeper Todor Endaya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tipi Mediavilla kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Giro Valda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Quito had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
