Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Patrido Cantalapiedra started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Guerrero FC's Peter Marful got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Santutxo Muriedas lost his temper 8 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 7th minute, one of Onzaga:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Onzaga. In the 10th minute there was a penalty for Guerrero FC. Mederi Tamajon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Hug Monteros. 0-1. Amado Blasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Hug Monteros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mouricio Binet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Amado Blasco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guerrero FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 26th match minute, Guerrero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Prior to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Guerrero FC's zone, Mouricio Binet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustavo Hernaez came out of the goal and Mouricio Binet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Lino Daroca came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Onzaga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Daroca couldn't finish the play. Ubaldo Carradelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute Amado Blasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hug Monteros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guerrero FC's Amado Blasco got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Amado Blasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mouricio Binet came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Onzaga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mouricio Binet couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ubaldo Carradelo was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Onzaga's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Amado Blasco fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Onzaga's Sandalio Pozuelos got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Gustavo Hernaez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mouricio Binet in the 67th minute of play. Guerrero FC's Ubaldo Carradelo got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ubaldo Carradelo struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Hug Monteros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guerrero FC. A collision led to Onzaga getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Resto Pinazas hit a great ball. The supporters of Guerrero FC booed when Onzaga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nel Beysama didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mouricio Binet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the match, Onzaga's Sandalio Pozuelos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gustavo Hernaez narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
