Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Benvido Neyda got the match started through his kick off. Chano Erruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Barbadillo having to interfere. After having played for 8 minutes, Lekubegi Larrañaga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Muneque FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lekubegi Larrañaga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11th minute, Lechal's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gonzales Ezquibela fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 13 minutes into the match, Lechal's goal looked a bit too open when Benvido Neyda came free, but Laurentzi Olloque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Chano Erruz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nunez Barbadillo was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Chano Erruz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nunez Barbadillo having to make a save. 17 minutes into the match, Lechal's goal looked a bit too open when Benvido Neyda came free, but Laurentzi Olloque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18thth minute of the game Txerran Hijosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Muneque FC's Nunez Barbadillo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Chano Erruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Muneque FC's Benvido Neyda got a free kick in the 24th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Txerran Hijosa in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nunez Barbadillo saved Muneque FC from getting behind. Txerran Hijosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Barbadillo having to interfere. Nunez Barbadillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chano Erruz in the 38th minute of the match. If Chano Erruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 43 minutes, Txerran Hijosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lechal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Txerran Hijosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nunez Barbadillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Txerran Hijosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Gonzales Ezquibela came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Laurentzi Olloque could save by the left post. The supporters of Lechal booed when Muneque FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chuse Vinayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

If Txerran Hijosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Lechal's Chano Erruz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nunez Barbadillo. Nunez Barbadillo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. Benvido Neyda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laurentzi Olloque took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benvido Neyda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nunez Barbadillo made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Chano Erruz sent off a good shot on target. If Txerran Hijosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the game, Xepe Butron was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Muneque FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lechal the free kick. Txerran Hijosa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nunez Barbadillo having to make a save. The supporters of Muneque FC booed when Lechal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chano Erruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonzales Ezquibela couldn't finish the play.
