Sabin Canzino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Canzino in the 20th minute of play forced Penones's goalkeeper Asur Bejarano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Daunte Horihuela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd match minute, Penones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ostadar Pelaci to maneuver through the defense. Asur Bejarano came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Libano's Sabin Canzino. But to his dismay, Sabin Canzino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Demesio Lecanda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chan Bengoechea in the 32nd minute. Libano's Demesio Lecanda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Libano from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Libano's Demesio Lecanda got control of the ball when Chan Bengoechea tried to sneak it across the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xian Laureano made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Vistruario Zazo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daunte Horihuela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Libano's goal looked a bit too open when Chan Bengoechea came free, but Demesio Lecanda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xian Laureano in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Demesio Lecanda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Demesio Lecanda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chan Bengoechea in the 64th minute of the match. If Daunte Horihuela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Asur Bejarano made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Sabin Canzino sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Libano's Julian Pellicer got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 80 played minutes Libano got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Villela. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chan Bengoechea in the 82nd minute of play forced Libano's goalkeeper Demesio Lecanda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Libano getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Loiola Barreda hit a great ball. Teodoro Vicuña kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Asur Bejarano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daunte Horihuela in the 90th minute of play. The supporters of Libano booed when Penones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vistruario Zazo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Penones's Asur Bejarano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Penones from getting a goal against them. Sabin Canzino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Asur Bejarano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 94th minute Chan Bengoechea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demesio Lecanda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
