After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Musko Abechuco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Urachikarein's supporters rose to their feet, but Musko Abechuco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ereinotz Gigante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paquito Labandera made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Tonina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ur Olaisola to maneuver through the defense. Mauricio Sagasti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Macerio Romuroso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Henrico Olabe. Urachikarein's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Truylos Fortis fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Urachikarein's protests and gave Truylos Fortis a yellow card for diving instead.
