Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Berranca's Raitin Collazos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Restu Payueta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Berranca booed when Santander was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elizardo Ozores didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Raitin Collazos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrea Cisquella was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Restu Payueta in the 17th minute of play forced Berranca's goalkeeper Sindo Munozcano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Restu Payueta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sindo Munozcano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrea Cisquella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raitin Collazos in the 27th minute of play. Andrea Cisquella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raitin Collazos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruy Laiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Restu Payueta to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruy Laiz in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrea Cisquella saved Santander from getting behind. Tajo Socorro kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Andrea Cisquella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruy Laiz in the 54th minute of the match. After 61 played minutes Berranca got a freekick which was hit by Vitor Andolz. Berranca's Sindo Munozcano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Restu Payueta in the 65th minute of play. Raitin Collazos struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Andrea Cisquella didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berranca. In the 67th minute, Elizardo Ozores hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andrea Cisquella didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raitin Collazos went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Santander's Tajo Socorro got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 78 played minutes, Berranca's Satordi Barbosa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andrea Cisquella came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Berranca reached it. After a rather tough play, Santander's Roberto Oromi got a free kick in the 85th minute. Raitin Collazos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andrea Cisquella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raitin Collazos in the 94th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Berranca fans cheered their team off the field, for while Santander had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
