After a defensive mix-up in Bonaire's zone, Melchor Lombera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Peñacastillo came out of the goal and Melchor Lombera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas Peñacastillo came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Arroyon FC's Melchor Lombera. But to his dismay, Melchor Lombera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfredo Marquina during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bonaire's Alfredo Marquina got a free kick in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Arroyon FC's Alberto Andrino broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amador Arizcun in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Seme Senqui saved Arroyon FC from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luix Armentia in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucas Peñacastillo saved Bonaire from getting behind. In the 20th match minute, Bonaire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Marquina to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Melchor Lombera sped through Bonaire's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lucas Peñacastillo. Luix Armentia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Lucas Peñacastillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 36 minutes, Amador Arizcun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bonaire and the Arroyon FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bonaire's Amador Arizcun got a free kick in the 36th minute. Lucas Peñacastillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luix Armentia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luix Armentia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Lucas Peñacastillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mauricio Belmonte kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The supporters of Arroyon FC booed when Bonaire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Belmonte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucas Peñacastillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luix Armentia in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amador Arizcun to make the kick off. If Alessandro Cerrillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Amador Arizcun reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Seme Senqui. The goal made the score 2-1. Alessandro Cerrillo in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Seme Senqui, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Amador Arizcun did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Seme Senqui 61 minutes into the match. Arroyon FC's Seme Senqui proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Arroyon FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alessandro Cerrillo got free with Seme Senqui in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Arroyon FC's Seme Senqui got control of the ball when Alessandro Cerrillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Bonaire booed when Arroyon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Ludueña didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alessandro Cerrillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Seme Senqui read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Melchor Lombera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Lucas Peñacastillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 81 played minutes Arroyon FC got a freekick which was hit by Quinto Goiti. After having played for 86 minutes, Amador Arizcun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bonaire's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amador Arizcun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Alessandro Cerrillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Seme Senqui made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessandro Cerrillo in the 95th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
