Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gil Bendicho got the match started through his kick off. After 2 minutes, Eleazar Rocha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mateguana FC and the Tinajas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 2nd match minute, Mateguana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleazar Rocha to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the game, Gil Bendicho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gerardo Armida. Gil Bendicho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Gil Bendicho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes in the game, Eleazar Rocha fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Gerardo Armida having to interfere. Eleazar Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eleazar Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Gerardo Armida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emiliano Cena during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Tinajas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sagrario Elgueta to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, Tadeo Santiyan notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Mateguana FC's Jorge Arnaez. Jorge Arnaez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Simao Orruma's late challenge caught a Mateguana FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simao Orruma helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Tinajas's Simao Orruma got a free kick in the 36th minute. Eleazar Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Armida having to interfere. After 43 played minutes Tinajas got a freekick which was hit by Simao Orruma. 45 minutes into the match, Tinajas's goal looked a bit too open when Gil Bendicho came free, but Gerardo Armida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerardo Armida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gil Bendicho in the 47th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 55th minute Gil Bendicho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Armida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerardo Armida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleazar Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Jorge Arnaez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Santiyan in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Cleto Lizanein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute Tadeo Santiyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Arnaez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tadeo Santiyan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sagrario Elgueta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jorge Arnaez. Mateguana FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The long shot by Alberto Navarro in the 77th minute really tested Jorge Arnaez's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 81st minute Gil Bendicho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Armida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ubelteso Carana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eleazar Rocha struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Gerardo Armida didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mateguana FC. Gil Bendicho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gil Bendicho came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Mateguana FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gil Bendicho couldn't finish the play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
