The audience thought a goal was coming when Demetrio Delatorre got free with Errolan Ispuzua in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Xarles Postigo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Demetrio Delatorre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Errolan Ispuzua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Demetrio Delatorre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mingo Añoza kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Errolan Ispuzua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Etxekopar Galindo, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Buritica's Etxatxu Olivera couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Guitarras. Xarles Postigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Osoro Meldasgoas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 40 played minutes Buritica got a freekick which was hit by Fiz Guiluz. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Etxekopar Galindo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guitarras's supporters rose to their feet, but Etxekopar Galindo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Errolan Ispuzua breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 43 minutes into the match, Buritica's goalkeeper Errolan Ispuzua had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Demetrio Delatorre. Etxekopar Galindo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Etxekopar Galindo to make the kick off. A very good chance for a goal. 57 minutes into the game, Guitarras's Vitorino Leston nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Errolan Ispuzua made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When Etxekopar Galindo came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Guitarras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Etxekopar Galindo couldn't finish the play. Aurre Rodezno kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Rafael Lavega got the audiences attention when, from a short distance, he fired away a great shot in the 68th minute of the game. The shot hit the left post and bounced out. After having played for 70 minutes, Xarles Postigo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buritica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xarles Postigo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71st minute, Vitorino Leston hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xarles Postigo in the 72nd minute of play forced Guitarras's goalkeeper Osoro Meldasgoas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demetrio Delatorre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Errolan Ispuzua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xarles Postigo in the 98th minute of play forced Guitarras's goalkeeper Osoro Meldasgoas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Guitarras had won after a very even match.
