Victorio Lerin helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Independiente del Huila's Victorio Lerin got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute, Xayvion Artechevezuen fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Chuse Aspiazu, passed just outside the right post. Honorio Bocaran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Cortinez, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. When Frichoso Chapa came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Independiente del Huila fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frichoso Chapa couldn't finish the play. Chuse Aspiazu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sagrario Neli in the 37th minute. After having played for 38 minutes, Xayvion Artechevezuen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Planta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xayvion Artechevezuen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Honorio Bocaran acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 78th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Victorio Lerin. Frichoso Chapas short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Honorio Bocaran to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Chuse Aspiazu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xayvion Artechevezuen went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When Sagrario Neli came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Planta FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sagrario Neli couldn't finish the play. Independiente del Huila's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
