Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Matamata's Theodore Camus started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Viviano Torio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gorri Ociña having to interfere. The supporters of Aullama FC booed when Matamata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Vicioso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ekaitz Montesinos didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 14th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Viviano Torio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matamata's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Cilio Hernandez scored to the left of an out of position Ekaitz Montesinos, making the score, 2-0. Aullama FC's Cilio Hernandez got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ekaitz Montesinos made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Cilio Hernandez sent off a good shot on target. 47 minutes into the game, Cilio Hernandez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Ekaitz Montesinos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maximiliano Castro made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Castro in the 54th minute of play forced Matamata's goalkeeper Ekaitz Montesinos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duarte Belber hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Gorri Ociña made an important save on a dangerous shot by Viviano Torio in the 63rd minute. When Cilio Hernandez came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Aullama FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cilio Hernandez couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Matamata getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Duarte Belber hit a great ball. Maximiliano Castro struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Ekaitz Montesinos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aullama FC. In the 70th match minute, Matamata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristos Nicola to maneuver through the defense. Cilio Hernandez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ekaitz Montesinos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Castro in the 77th minute of the match. Gonzalo Abendaño kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cilio Hernandez in the 80th minute of play forced Matamata's goalkeeper Ekaitz Montesinos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ekaitz Montesinos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Corderall Enderica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Maximiliano Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
