Xaiver Erauso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bazkoare Pinos in the 8th minute of play. Guilllermo Gibaja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute, Chorche Barrientos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xaiver Erauso made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Perrando Valben sent off a good shot on target. If Benjamin Ugia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alejandro Balanza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Ugia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Yaichi FC fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Yaichi FC's Benjamin Ugia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd rose to their feet as PAPUS FC's Bazkoare Pinos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Xaiver Erauso. That made the score 1-2 after 43 minutes of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benjamin Ugia made a kick off. Alejandro Balanza was a little too slow when Benjamin Ugia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 1-3. Tadeu Grijalba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Alejandro Balanza made a huge save. Yaichi FC's Montrelle Carces suffered a concussion after 70 minutes and had to leave the field. Bazkoare Pinos charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bazkoare Pinos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 71st match minute, PAPUS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bazkoare Pinos to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Benjamin Ugia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejandro Balanza was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Benjamin Ugia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Balanza having to interfere. Bazkoare Pinos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Xaiver Erauso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A well-hit corner resulted in Benjamin Ugia heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 95thth minute of the game Perrando Valben who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yaichi FC's Xaiver Erauso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yaichi FC played a much better game than PAPUS FC and deserved their victory. The PAPUS FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
