Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sawat Jutaviriya kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Paloverde FC booed when Capurgana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osmundo Remon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Paloverde FC's Angel Santurde tried to score from far away in the 5th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 7 played minutes Paloverde FC got a freekick which was hit by Fix Amoros. Cefero Doro hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sawat Jutaviriya in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ascencio Leniz saved Paloverde FC from getting behind. The supporters of Paloverde FC booed when Capurgana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leocadio Remolina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angel Santurde didn't quite understand what happened when in the 16 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After 18 played minutes Capurgana FC got a freekick which was hit by Osmundo Remon. After a rather tough play, Capurgana FC's Eliseo Cidro got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 25th play minute Joachim Fanego came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Laureano Mendivil. 1-0. If Sawat Jutaviriya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cefero Doro hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 43rd match minute, Capurgana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimo Quejo to maneuver through the defense. Laureano Mendivil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rainerio Buyeres, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. When Sawat Jutaviriya came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Capurgana FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sawat Jutaviriya couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rainerio Buyeres to make the kick off. A long shot from Leocadio Remolina in the 54th minute of play was well struck, but Ascencio Leniz made a really good save at the right post. Sawat Jutaviriya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laureano Mendivil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rainerio Buyeres in the 62nd minute of the match. Ascencio Leniz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sawat Jutaviriya's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Peyo Eliseo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capurgana FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Peyo Eliseo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ascencio Leniz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bautista Lodeña kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match.
