Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Hitz Bracero started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Brion Zubizarrieta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Abouza in the 3rd minute of play. 0-1 became the score in the 4th minute when Maximo Mathey elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Hitz Bracero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evangelista Barga having to interfere. Brion Zubizarrieta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Abouza, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Montemar FC's Cipriano Abouza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brion Zubizarrieta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Montemar FC's Cipriano Abouza got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Araca's Hitz Bracero slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Evangelista Barga. That made the score 2-1 after 25 minutes of play. Hitz Bracero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evangelista Barga having to interfere. 31 minutes into the game, Piarres Gutarrate was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montemar FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Araca the free kick. Montemar FC's Evangelista Barga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Montemar FC from getting a goal against them. Hitz Bracero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute Hitz Bracero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evangelista Barga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brion Zubizarrieta came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Montemar FC's Cipriano Abouza. But to his dismay, Cipriano Abouza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Cipriano Abouza made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Araca's goalkeeper Brion Zubizarrieta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Maximo Mathey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Brion Zubizarrieta having to make a save. Brion Zubizarrieta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Abouza in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hitz Bracero in the 66th minute of play forced Montemar FC's goalkeeper Evangelista Barga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Araca's Brion Zubizarrieta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Araca from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Montemar FC's Christiano Bergaño slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Brion Zubizarrieta. That made the score 3-4 after 74 minutes of play. In the 80th minute, Hitz Bracero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Cipriano Abouza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cipriano Abouza came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Montemar FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cipriano Abouza couldn't finish the play. After 91 minutes of play, Montemar FC's Cipriano Abouza made it 3-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brion Zubizarrieta was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Araca's goalkeeper Brion Zubizarrieta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Araca's Brion Zubizarrieta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Abouza in the 97th minute of play. The Montemar FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Montemar FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
