Terciero Valladares hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Evangelista Barga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Izel Corredera in the 59th minute of the match. Montemar FC's Evangelista Barga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terciero Valladares in the 60th minute of play. Cipriano Abouza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 66 minutes, Benjamin Asensio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montemar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Asensio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Maximo Mathey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Rodas Mateo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the game, Maximo Mathey cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Eusebio Atienza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 80 played minutes Montemar FC got a freekick which was hit by Santxo Ampudia. Evangelista Barga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terciero Valladares in the 84th minute of the match. When Maximo Mathey came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Montemar FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximo Mathey couldn't finish the play. Sasoin Barcena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Montemar FC's Cipriano Abouza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eusebio Atienza. Eusebio Atienza yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. When the match was over Montemar FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Urumbi throughout the match.
