Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nisio Callergos got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Portugal FC's Laffitte Honorato got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Albano Zumiel was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 3rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Antonio Rego's late challenge caught a FC Barcelona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonio Rego helped the player get up and apologised. Antonio Rego hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After 8 played minutes FC Barcelona got a freekick which was hit by Goyo Aguinagalde. Portugal FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Matthew Engraba in the 14th minute. Matthew Engraba made a great header on Portugal FC's corner, it was just that FC Barcelona's Tibalt Moraza managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adalberto Manglano in the 17th minute of play forced FC Barcelona's goalkeeper Tibalt Moraza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matai Villacanes made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Theodore Orejo sent off a good shot on target. Tibalt Moraza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adalberto Manglano in the 30th minute of play. If Adalberto Manglano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adalberto Manglano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tibalt Moraza having to interfere. After having played for 46 minutes, Adalberto Manglano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portugal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adalberto Manglano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Goyo Aguinagalde got his second yellow card in the match during the 47th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 47th minute, Goyo Aguinagalde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Theodore Orejo was the one to do the kick off. Adalberto Manglano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tibalt Moraza having to interfere. Adalberto Manglano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tibalt Moraza came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Portugal FC's Gonzales Gene. But to his dismay, Gonzales Gene quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 66th minute, Theodore Orejo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matai Villacanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theodore Orejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in FC Barcelona's zone, Adalberto Manglano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tibalt Moraza came out of the goal and Adalberto Manglano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adalberto Manglano struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Tibalt Moraza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portugal FC. Adalberto Manglano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Tibalt Moraza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nisio Callergos hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nisio Callergos during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Barcelona booed when Portugal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nisio Callergos didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theodore Orejo in the 90th minute of play forced Portugal FC's goalkeeper Matai Villacanes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adalberto Manglano took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tibalt Moraza. Tibalt Moraza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2.
