Charquito's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Fidele Machicao struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Nevada Rubin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Doriqui. After 31 minutes of play Charquito's Cedro Matesanz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Charquito getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Cedro Matesanz hit a great ball. After 33 played minutes, Doriqui's Ceferino Ciscal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nevada Rubin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Doriqui reached it. Fidele Machicao succeeded in the game's 35th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Primeiro Ispuzua charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The wind increased when Fidele Machicao made the kick off in the second half. Nevada Rubin stood somewhat misplaced when Fidele Machicao came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 55 minute. With his leg Nevada Rubin managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Doriqui's Fidele Machicao fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fidele Machicao got free with Nevada Rubin in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teobaldo Maya might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nevada Rubin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teobaldo Maya ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Charquito's zone, Fidele Machicao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nevada Rubin came out of the goal and Fidele Machicao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fidele Machicao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Nevada Rubin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 75 minutes, Maju Orodea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Charquito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maju Orodea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over Doriqui could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Charquito throughout the match.
