Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hipolito Liquiñano took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harold Preciado got free with Estevez Langayo in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Harold Preciado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Estevez Langayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 11 minutes of play, Rayo Vallecano de Madrid's Olentzaro Mayoral made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Estevez Langayo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 17th minute, Silban Verganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harold Preciado took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Estevez Langayo. Estevez Langayo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. If Harold Preciado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rayo Vallecano de Madrid fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! In the 30th minute there was a penalty for Arache. Nicodemo Landeribar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Vito Tornero. 3-1. After a rather tough play, Rayo Vallecano de Madrid's Teofilo Gutiérrez got a free kick in the 34th minute. Vito Tornero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Liquiñano in the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rayo Vallecano de Madrid's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nicodemo Landeribar was slow to take the kick. During this time Arache's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Arache's corner Nicodemo Landeribar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vito Tornero quite easily take care of the ball. Estevez Langayo made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Harold Preciado sent off a good shot on target. Harold Preciado in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Estevez Langayo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Hipolito Liquiñano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

In the 51st minute, Tonete Villavedon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Arache's Hipolito Liquiñano in the 53rd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Vito Tornero was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Rayo Vallecano de Madrid through an amazing save. Arache were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Rayo Vallecano de Madrid's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nicodemo Landeribar took the corner. After taking down the ball on Arache's corner Nicodemo Landeribar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vito Tornero quite easily take care of the ball. Rayo Vallecano de Madrid's Vito Tornero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Rayo Vallecano de Madrid from getting a goal against them. Andrés Pérez kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rayo Vallecano de Madrid's zone, Hipolito Liquiñano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vito Tornero came out of the goal and Hipolito Liquiñano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rayo Vallecano de Madrid's Olentzaro Mayoral got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arache were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Rayo Vallecano de Madrid's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nicodemo Landeribar took the corner. After a defensive mix-up in Rayo Vallecano de Madrid's zone, Orlandus Rozano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vito Tornero came out of the goal and Orlandus Rozano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Arache's Hipolito Liquiñano in the 78th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Vito Tornero was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Rayo Vallecano de Madrid through an amazing save. Vito Tornero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Liquiñano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 86 minutes of play, Arache's Orlandus Rozano made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vito Tornero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Estevez Langayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harold Preciado, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. When Tonete Villavedon fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rayo Vallecano de Madrid's protests and gave Tonete Villavedon a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 played minutes Rayo Vallecano de Madrid got a freekick which was hit by Tonete Villavedon. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
