Mateus Dorado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Corcega FC's Mariano Pardelas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 27 played minutes Cupica FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Jaquinot. Corcega FC's Quintan Guedeja couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 28th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cupica FC. Corcega FC's Mariano Pardelas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Corcega FC from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the game, Corcega FC's Horado Cacho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hodei Boladeras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Horado Cacho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Mariano Pardelas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateus Dorado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Cupica FC defense, Horado Cacho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hodei Boladeras. The Cupica FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hodei Boladeras should have stopped the shot. Horado Cacho struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Hodei Boladeras didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corcega FC. 76 minutes into the match, Mateus Dorado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mariano Pardelas. Corcega FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mateus Dorado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The supporters of Cupica FC booed when Corcega FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horado Cacho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateus Dorado might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mariano Pardelas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
