When Cruz Telo came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Zoncolan F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cruz Telo couldn't finish the play. Mario Xixons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Mario Xixons came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Zoncolan F.C fans jumped to their feet. Mario Xixons received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Izotz Aizaran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Laurentzi Llarena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edwardo Figueruel was the one to do the kick off. Zoncolan F.C's Bizen Mujica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlanda Lamadrid in the 52nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edwardo Figueruel in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bizen Mujica saved Zoncolan F.C from getting behind. 62 minutes into the match, Mario Xixons dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Izotz Aizaran, 1-2. Ivan Lombillo kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes, Galeras FC's Pitin Joseph shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bizen Mujica came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Galeras FC reached it. The supporters of Galeras FC booed when Zoncolan F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xabat Curiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Galeras FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Edwardo Argaez hit a great ball. If Cruz Telo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute.
