The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, Frantxizko Llorden recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Xacobo Jordan. Frantxizko Llorden showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Moncho Periquet during the 8th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frantxizko Llorden was the one to do the kick off. Xacobo Jordan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carrasposo. Xacobo Jordan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tito Detres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Itsmina's goal looked a bit too open when Frantxizko Llorden came free, but Xacobo Jordan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 minutes, Belarmo Prabes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Itsmina and the Carrasposo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carrasposo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
