Abel Jara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peio Lluberas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Loreto Cucurull's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peio Lluberas was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Batista Magallanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hustaz Dehesa in the 15th minute of the match. Abel Jara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abel Jara didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 21st minute. Guepi FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Peio Lluberas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Jara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 25 minutes, Loreto Cucurull managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guepi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Loreto Cucurull was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abel Jara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Abel Jara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Danta's zone, Loreto Cucurull stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peio Lluberas came out of the goal and Loreto Cucurull tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hustaz Dehesa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batista Magallanes having to interfere. Hustaz Dehesa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Batista Magallanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guepi FC's Batista Magallanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manoel Matamoros in the 38th minute of play. Hustaz Dehesa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Batista Magallanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hustaz Dehesa to make the kick off. In the 51st minute of the match Felipe Barrero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Peio Lluberas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 52nd minute, Benito Puncet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guepi FC's Batista Magallanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hustaz Dehesa in the 61st minute of play. Loreto Cucurull received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Peio Lluberas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Garcia Candelaria kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Abel Jara took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peio Lluberas. Peio Lluberas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Lucio Gill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Jara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manoel Matamoros got free with Batista Magallanes in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the game, Hustaz Dehesa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Batista Magallanes. Hustaz Dehesa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Guepi FC's zone, Garcia Candelaria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Batista Magallanes came out of the goal and Garcia Candelaria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Guepi FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Danta had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
