In the 32nd minute, Oso Tosantos made a precise shot to the right of Macerio Conde. Guaranda's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 37 minutes into the match, Guaranda's goal looked a bit too open when Mambru Parserises came free, but Macerio Conde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mambru Parserises in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Macerio Conde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Macerio Conde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mambru Parserises in the 43rd minute of play. Harkaitz Pendones could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Macerio Conde made a huge save. Macerio Conde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mambru Parserises, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Macerio Conde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Guaranda's Macerio Conde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mambru Parserises in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute Oso Tosantos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Macerio Conde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eriberto Sainz took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roque Olazagoitia. Roque Olazagoitia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. After a defensive mix-up in Guaranda's zone, Oso Tosantos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Macerio Conde came out of the goal and Oso Tosantos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mambru Parserises received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute.
