The supporters of Anayas booed when Saucio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldir Marentos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bihar Oterino was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Abel Lezama. In the 10th minute Herminio Padrones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silviano Ferreras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anayas's Silviano Ferreras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavian Luan in the 11th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Herminio Padrones managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saucio's supporters rose to their feet, but Herminio Padrones was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silviano Ferreras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silviano Ferreras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavian Luan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saucio's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Herminio Padrones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enaut Artero hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Anayas's Leocadio Mujal got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 66th minute Leocadio Mujal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bihar Oterino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Saucio getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Bero Obana hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Omero Ladrero put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bihar Oterino. When Leocadio Mujal came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Anayas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leocadio Mujal couldn't finish the play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
