Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Nicolao Funes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 4 minutes, Maria Morquecho made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Diablos Rojos's Ritchie Bravain tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Pitin Barranco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ritchie Bravain. That made the score 2-0 in the 35 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pitin Barranco was the one to do the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pitin Barranco couldn't finish the play. Nicolao Funes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Madaleno Trincado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
