Jaume Placencia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 3rd minute, Hegoi Lagos sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Corinto's Blai Jugo didn't even have to move. Blai Jugo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hegoi Lagos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Onbera Ramon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corinto's supporters rose to their feet, but Onbera Ramon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cedro Centeñes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 11 minutes into the match, Adrio Piñera notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Corinto's Blai Jugo. Blai Jugo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 14 minutes into the match, Wolves FC's Evaristo Isurieta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Blai Jugo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jimeno Calera charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimeno Calera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jimeno Calera kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Adrio Piñera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adrio Piñera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Blai Jugo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wolves FC's Hegoi Lagos got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Corinto's Blai Jugo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Isurieta in the 30th minute of play. After 33 played minutes Wolves FC got a freekick which was hit by Donatello Digon. Donatello Digon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Corinto's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Isurieta came free, but Blai Jugo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evaristo Isurieta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the game, Wolves FC's Horado Villaspasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Blai Jugo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After having played for 47 minutes, Isadore Agreda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corinto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isadore Agreda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Onbera Ramon made a kick off. If Donatello Digon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wolves FC's Cedro Centeñes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Onbera Ramon in the 59th minute of play. Olayo Pelegri charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olayo Pelegri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 79 played minutes Wolves FC got a freekick which was hit by Olayo Pelegri. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hegoi Lagos couldn't finish the play. Donatello Digon struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Blai Jugo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wolves FC. In the 92nd match minute, Wolves FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tonete Ozollo to maneuver through the defense. Cedro Centeñes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Polentzi Goma in the 96th minute of the match. When the match was over Wolves FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Corinto throughout the match.
